PRESENTATION OF MY RESEARCH PAPER

I think that any kind of public presetation is a difficult task. But if the people planning the presentation with enough time and them practice as much as possible the public presentation became in less difficult because the presenter get more confidence. Similar to make a research paper the presentation requires some skills and control of the language. In my case the most difficult thing was to use some useful expressions to give more fluency and smoothness to my presentation. I know that my presentation was not as good as I expected because I was nervous due to the lack of practice, but at the same time I felt some grade of sastisfaction because almost all my partners made a lot of questions that for me mean two things. First, the subjet of my presentation was interesting. Second, the get the information that I want transmit for them. After all, that presentation was a wonderful experience for me because I know that I must fix my mistakes and enhance my skills of public speaker because in my close future there are many public presentations most of those will be about new and complex issues.

THE EXPERIENCE OF MAKE A PAPER RESEARCH

Despite that before I have made other papers in my previous experiences as a student, I never thought that write a paper in English was so exigent for me. All the process to explore different sources of information was for me absolutely interesting and useful. This first paper research taught me several lessons. The first was, is necessary to recognize the importance to select the correct and accurate information that later has to be analyze, order and present in a logical order that allow the reader to catch the ideas that we as a writers we want to transmit. The second was, that not all the sources of information are trustable. Fortunately I did a research using some databases and the excelent library service thata Concordia University provide for us. Finally, I have to recognize that to write a paper research is needed a process that should be carried step by step and requires invest a lot of time and attention.

GROWTH POPULATION

The video and the reading of our middle term evaluation, show on my opinion the most serious long term problem for the human race. In fact, the growth population has implication really severe to mantain the balance in the world's population.

I could be optimistic about the future condition of the life in the earth planet but unfortunately the only way to be optimistic is seeking a change of all de current pattern of life in the whole world. I have the idea that the problem is not just the way in how we are growing also the problem is point in how we live. Most of the developed countries and developing rich countries have a life style based in the consumerism. That patter of life lead most of them to waste important resources that could be useful for the poorest countries.

As a way to solve part of the problem caused by the growth population, I think that is necessary increase the educacion in all the levels to make people more aware about of the future consequences. Aging of the population, lack of food, reduction of the work forces and climate change are just some challenge that the future generations going to face.
